Do I need to understand AI to use these services?
No. You describe the operational problem; we handle the technical side. The output you receive is a plain document or a working process, not a software interface.
How long does setup take?
Inbox Sorting has a two-week calibration period. Contract Reading covers your first ten documents in roughly five to seven working days. Team Handover is scheduled as a working engagement and typically spans two to three weeks depending on complexity.
Are these one-off services or ongoing?
Contract Reading and Team Handover are one-off engagements. Inbox Sorting is priced monthly and continues for as long as it is useful. You can pause or stop at any time.
What do you do with our documents and emails?
We process them solely for the task at hand. We do not retain copies after delivery. Before we begin, we sign a confidentiality agreement that sets this out in writing.
Does Contract Reading replace a lawyer?
No. It shortens the time you spend understanding what is in a document before deciding whether it needs a lawyer. For anything material — large payments, unusual risk clauses, litigation — we recommend obtaining proper legal advice.
Can we start with just one service?
Yes. There is no requirement to take multiple services. Most clients begin with one, and some never need more than that.
